 Coastal Windows & Exteriors is seeking to immediately hire Residential Construction Product Manager to lead our installation teams in our Beverly office. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation with a focus on creating that WOW experience for our homeowners.  The production position is a key role responsible for auditing jobs, overseeing and managing customer projects to ensure high quality production and an exceptional customer experience. 

You will be responsible for educating homeowners about our award- winning products and demonstrate how they can save money with sustainable energy & money saving products and love their home!  You will be given confirmed pre-set appointments. You will receive a $1500 Sign on Bonus & paid training to help you succeed!  No experience necessary.  We are looking for people with a big personality with a great work ethic. What you Need to be Qualified for the Residential Construction Product Manager

-Experience in Roofing, Siding, Windows & Entry Doors & general home improvement knowledge.
-If you don’t have your Contractor Supervisor License, you will obtain it within 6 months of hire date (costs paid by Coastal Windows & Exteriors for classes and test)
-Prior experience leading and managing various trades and sub-contractors.
-Office and field experience.
-Strong organizational, communication, leadership customer-relations skills.
-Urgency and detail-oriented.
-Strong work ethic, discipline.
-Excellent verbal and communication skills.

A Day in the Life of a Residential Construction Product Manager

-Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
-Managing and auditing all direct labor and material expenses.
-Manage all subcontractors.
-Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, permitting offices and clients.
-Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable labor costs that align with our goals.
-Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original scope of work.  
-Job and project management by communicating full scope of work with homeowner and crew leaders.  
-Order materials accordingly and monitor COGS.   Allocate resources for assigned projects in other locations as necessary due to stock items. Confirming all orders processed meet COGS % goals.
-Schedule installations with homeowners and subtractors as well as coordinate deliveries of materials, dumpster & porta potties. Process all returns and pick ups in a timely manner.  
-Daily communicating with all contractors to keep daily install schedules.
-Evaluate and monitor performance and quality standards of contractors to ensure productivity goals per manufacturer and company warranty specifications are achieved while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
-Know and train contractors on proper installation procedures for all of company products as well as ensure that safety standards are being implemented.
-Meet with customers to review jobs or to solve service concerns.
-Reporting with weekly install schedule and creation of monthly revenue reports to Coastal team.  
-Properly deal with job site/customer related issues  while having the utmost integrity ensuring Coastal Core Values.  
-Onboarding new crews and watching COGS to fit in company guidelines.
-Monitoring deliverables, timelines…watch “the turn” and keep/exceed install revenue goals.
-Ensuring contractors complete a job in a timely fashion with quality workmanship for every job.
-Close out the job with confirming contractor walk through with homeowner and signing closing documents.  Finalize close out with office manager. Make happy call with homeowner to ensure customer satisfaction for every job.  


Job Type: Full-time

Salary & Bonus Compensation: $65,000.00 to $100,000.00+ /year (based on experience)

A Day in the Life of an In-Home Sales Representative


-You will be responsible for hiring and training new sales representatives to perform in-home presentations to clients who have already indicated a need for our products and services.

-Working hand in hand with office managers to process financing and installations.

Call Center Representative/Marketing Associate

As a Call Center Representative/Marketing Associate, you ARE Coastal Windows & Exteriors!

The Call Center Representative is tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound calling activities. The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, easily initiates relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with prospects, and is highly self-motivated. The right candidate will also understand how to assess a company’s needs and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically. Your main role will be contacting inquiries that have reached out to us, qualify them as prospects, educating them about our products and setting up appointments. Your must have strong interpersonal and communication skills as you are the first impression for our company and make a lasting impact on future customers. Your primary responsibility is to help turn inquiries into qualified opportunities. This position requires heavy inbound/outbound phone calling, qualification to generate new opportunities. The Call Center Representative will be expected to report on qualification and call/email activity and stay thoroughly informed on all products.  

Qualifications

-This entry-level position requires an ambitious self-starter and someone that can effectively process inbound inquiries and identify qualified leads and opportunities. Relationship selling skills, with the ability to manage sales calls at varying levels of customer accounts, are essential.

-Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.

-Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.

-High level of integrity and strong commitment to being successful.

-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

-Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office.

-Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals.

-Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently.

-100% reliable, able to come to work in the office and detail-oriented.

-Positive can-do attitude and tireless work ethic. Driven and self-sufficient.

-Meet or exceed assigned quota of a minimum calls / emails per day.

-1+ year of successful experience in telemarketing a plus!

This is a full time hourly position and expected to work a total of 40 hours a week Monday-Friday and every other Saturday (9-12)  (taking time off during week).
