### Paving The Way

Coastal Windows & Exteriors began paving the way to make this house a home by completing
the first project on October 5, 2013. Specifically, the GAF Timberline HD roof was
installed by Master Elite roofing contractors, who rank in the top 3% nationwide.

Meanwhile, the new Habitat for Humanity-sponsored home on Grover Street in Lynn,
MA is undergoing a complete gut renovation. Ultimately, it will be transformed into
a three-family home with a veterans preference.

For the past few months, future homeowners and volunteers have been working side-
by-side on the initial demolition of the triple-decker. Furthermore, the extensive
renovation will continue throughout the fall and early winter. As it stands, the
project is expected to be completed in early 2014.
