## Stephanie Vanderbilt: A Woman Changing the Face of Home Improvement

In a male-dominated industry, Stephanie Vanderbilt stands out. Not only is she a
business owner, but she is also a trailblazer who is reshaping how home improvement
is done. As a result, she continues to break barriers and inspire others in the
field.

She **leads with purpose, passion, and a mission** to elevate the experience for
every homeowner.

### She Doesn’t Follow Trends—She Sets Them

Rather than blending in, Stephanie **sets new standards**. She confidently **charts
her own course**, putting education, transparency, and trust at the core of every
project.

As a result, homeowners feel **informed and empowered**. They understand their options.
They make better decisions.

### Building Trust, One Project at a Time

Through community events, how-to videos, and hands-on demos, Stephanie shares **
practical knowledge that actually helps**.

Every event and interaction reflects her commitment to **protecting and improving
homes**—not just selling a service.

### Leadership That Prioritizes People

Stephanie’s leadership style **focuses on relationships over transactions**. She
emphasizes long-term value instead of short-term gains.

She also trains her team to **mirror these values**—respect, service, and unwavering
quality.

### A Brand Homeowners Can Believe In

Under Stephanie’s guidance, **Coastal Windows & Exteriors** has grown steadily.
However, the brand hasn’t strayed from its core values.

Customers trust Coastal not just for the products—but for the **people behind them**.

And it all starts with one woman: **Stephanie Vanderbilt**.

A visionary. A changemaker. A leader redefining success in home improvement—every
single day.
