Coastal Windows & Exteriors Donation Supports Beverly Bootstraps and Local Families
Beverly, MA — A generous Coastal Windows & Exteriors donation made a lasting impact during Beverly Bootstraps’ 30th Anniversary celebration. On September 24, 2022, the local home improvement company sponsored the Snack Bag Build, which provided 750 snack bags to children in need through the nonprofit’s Kids Eat Healthy initiative.
Why the Coastal Windows & Exteriors Donation Matters
This meaningful Coastal Windows & Exteriors donation is part of an ongoing commitment to community support. Since 2011, the Beverly-based company has donated more than $10,000 to Beverly Bootstraps. Their contributions include Thanksgiving turkeys, school supplies, holiday gifts, and winter clothing for children across the North Shore.
“We believe no child should worry about where their next meal comes from—just like no family should live without a roof over their heads,” said Stephanie Vanderbilt, Owner of Coastal Windows & Exteriors.
Feeding Families and Fueling Futures
The snack bags supplied during the event will go directly to school-aged children who participate in the Kids Eat Healthy program. According to Chris Nazareth, Director of Development at Beverly Bootstraps, “All the snacks donated will be available in our pantry and distributed the following week.”
Furthermore, Coastal’s support extends to local partners like Henry’s Market. Mike Halle, Operations Manager, said, “Stephanie and her team always show up for the community. It’s inspiring to watch their impact grow.”
Extending the Impact with the Gift of Heat Program
In addition to food donations, the Coastal Windows & Exteriors donation campaign includes the Gift of Heat Program. With winter approaching, this initiative helps homeowners struggling with high heating costs. It aligns with the company’s Back-to-Home Winter Ready Sale, which offers up to 25% off or 0% financing.
Because energy prices are expected to rise between 39% and 50%, families need solutions now more than ever. The Gift of Heat Program helps ensure no family has to choose between food or warmth.
Energy-Efficient Solutions for Every Home
As part of its mission, Coastal Windows & Exteriors provides energy-efficient products that reduce utility costs and boost comfort.
Energy-Efficient Windows
These vinyl replacement windows feature industry-leading air infiltration ratings, blocking drafts and improving indoor comfort. Properly installed, they can reduce heat loss by up to 25%.
Insulated House Siding
Options like CraneBoard, James Hardie, and Everlast Composite siding reduce thermal bridging, which can account for up to 30% of a home’s energy loss.
Roofing Systems
High-performance GAF asphalt shingles and True Nature metal roofing systems prevent ice dams, retain heat, and protect homes from harsh New England weather.
“We aim to deliver long-term savings, warmth, and comfort to every homeowner we serve,” said Vanderbilt.
Trusted Community Partner for Over a Decade
The Coastal Windows & Exteriors donation wasn’t just a one-time effort. Over the last 10+ years, the company has partnered with nearly every Beverly Bootstraps initiative. This includes supporting:
Holiday giving programs
Snack and school supply drives
Energy assistance campaigns
Sue Gabriel, Executive Director of Beverly Bootstraps, said, “They’re more than a sponsor—they’re a vital community partner.”
