Is it possible to fall in love with a catalog and you want to move right in? For me, that would be the Anthopologie catalog! With the new fall season upon us comes life with a new view, ideas, and sources of inspiration for your home. I’m in LOVE with cosy textures and contrasting color schemes. I welcome you to read along and get inspired!

Anthopologie catalog

A departure from summer’s light and delicate palette, fall is about embracing the more moodier tones. Black internal grids set the scene for the contrasting tones of the bright whites and blushes of fall decor in your home. This dining room image from Anthropologie sets the stage for fall and who doesn’t desperately need a pair of pink chairs? We love this contemporary scene featuring a reserved color palette with brass decor and a view through those black framed picture windows! Delight!

Did someone say statement piece? To me a statement piece  is all about COLOR! Anthropologie nailed it with this deep emerald velvet sofa. We love the contrasting hues this cozy living room exerts as it shows off the complementary nature of each of the elements of the room. The floor length black framed picture windows add to the cozy fall mix of woods, gold lighting and soft Ivory textured rug. What’s not to love?

I saved the best for last.  The boho chic in me mixed with my mid-century obsessions has me LOVING this mashup! I learned from Anthropologie that I can have my pumpkin whoopie pie and eat it too. (I have a slight obsession with these… Shhh!) The layered textures in this room are so on point and the calming backdrop with hints of blues through those black framed (yep, do you see a pattern here?) picture windows set in a grid pattern had me at hello. Top it off with a fireplace and cozy bedding.

Hope you enjoyed this all new Get Inspired blog series and that it was just what you needed to get a jump start on your fall decorating and remodeling.
