What is a No-Contact Estimate?
Despite the circumstances of COVID-19, we realize that life goes on and homeowners still need to upgrade their homes. This is especially true when outdated windows, doors, roofing, or siding are negatively affecting your quality of life.
With a no-contact estimate, our trained representatives do not come inside of your home. This is a virtual appointment where we use satellite imaging and have a virtual discussion with you via phone, Zoom, Skype, Google Hangout, and/or FaceTime to go over your quote. This is an effort to practice social distancing recommended by the CDC.
This process helps us keep your exterior remodeling project on track. It also ensures that you and our staff remain healthy during the process.
3 Simple Steps To Get a No-Contact Estimate
First, know that we can provide accurate estimates through our no-contact process. This is credited to modern technology options that aid our process in creating a 3D Model of your home with full measurements.
- We can remotely measure your home with our satellite imaging software to create your 3D model with accurate measurements-meaning we do not need to come to your home. If your home has obstructed views, we can take measurements outside your home with zero contact.
- Then our team will create a 3D MODEL with accurate measurements without a need to come inside or meet with you. This is accomplished by using state-of-the-art software with highly accurate measuring capabilities.
- Lastly, we will schedule a VIRTUAL MEETING via phone, Google Hangout, Zoom or Facetime to discuss the 3D model estimate together and answer any questions as well as email you a copy for you to look it over.

Options for No-Contact Estimates
We offer several ways that we can correspond with you while discussing your accurate quote with our Spring Promotions* and next steps/any questions.
CALL US…Simply just speak with us on the phone if you don’t want to do a video share with us. We will set up a time that works for you to go over your estimate by phone with one of our trained representatives and discuss the next steps.
ZOOM is a free video conference and screen sharing option that we offer for no contact estimates. You do not need a zoom account to join a meeting. You have the option of downloading the software onto your computer or you can simply click the link that will be sent to you via email. From there, you may dial in from your phone or you can dial in from your computer and join the video conference to discuss your estimate with one of our trained representatives and discuss the next steps.
SKYPE is another free video conference option for a no contact estimate. Created by Microsoft, this is software that you download onto your computer or you may use a web based version. You dial in through the software as if you are using a phone. You can use the video option or you can use a dial in option with no video to discuss your estimate with one of our trained representatives and discuss the next steps.
GOOGLE HANGOUT is Google’s free version of a video conference no contact option. You do not need a Google account in order to join a conference. You can click a link that is emailed to you by one of our representatives to join in on the call to discuss your estimate with one of our trained representatives and discuss the next steps.
FACETIME: If you are an iPhone user or you have an iPad or a Mac computer, we are happy to FaceTime with you for your no contact estimate. This is free and easy, and it doesn’t require any link for a conference invite. We will call you at your scheduled appointment time via FaceTime to discuss your estimate with one of our trained representatives and discuss the next steps.
