All of our installers are licensed, bonded, and insured.
They are required to sign a 25 Point Installation Agreement to ensure they follow Coastal Windows & Exteriors’ Code of Ethics prior, during and the end of every job. It is part of Core Value #6: Quality Workmanship EVERY Day for EVERY Job! We also have a “Don’t Pay Until You Are Satisfied Policy”- we want to make sure you are happy!
Windows & Doors: Our licensed, bonded and insured window and door installers are craftsmen by trade and you won’t find better installers. Siding: Our siding installers are certified by the Vinyl Siding Institute who are licensed to be trained to manufacturer specifications. All siding we sell is installed by manufacturer-trained installers. Our special partnership with the manufacturer means you get the best of the best installers. After all, you simply can’t get a more professional, better-trained crew than those who have been trained by the manufacturer – they know their own product better than anyone.
Roofing: Our company works with the biggest roofing company in America, GAF. As direct partners of GAF, we come out to your home, measure the roof, go over styles and options, colors, warranty, and leave you with a no-cost estimate. Our dedicated team works directly out of the GAF warehouse. Since we are a Master Elite contractor offering you 25 labor workmanship warranty and a lifetime on the shingles, we have strict guidelines in the installer we choose to work on your home. They must meet the regulations such as 6’ of Ice & Water Shield and 6 nails to every shingle to pass this GAF warranty checklist.
