We recently had Coastal Windows & Doors reshingle our roof and overall we were very pleased. The sales representative spent over 3 hours at our house and at the end, we felt fully informed and ready to make a educated decision. The warranty was a big selling point. As we got closer to the work day, the foreman was in constant contact with my wife and I. If we had any questions or concerns, the foreman and sales rep were both really responsive. We actually had unexpected weather issues come up and the work crew needed to complete the roof in one day, which they did. We were satisfied with how the crew cleaned up the work site and continue to be pleased with our new roof.
