Coastal Windows & Exteriors is a leading home improvement company specializing in roofing, siding, windows, and doors. We’re an award-winning, woman-owned, and family-run exterior remodeling company based in Beverly, MA seeking an energetic and motivated full-time Territory Sales Representatives for the Greater Boston North Shore market.

We will be opening multiple locations in the next 2 years and will need strong willed, high performing individuals to accomplish this mission.

YOUR ROLE
Experience in sales is not required to be successful in our company but is preferred. If you are determined, self-motivated, and ready to take the next step in your career, we would like to talk with you.
Our Sales Representatives do not cold call or prospect! 75% of the leg work is done for you. This position requires you to meet with pre-qualified prospects or existing customers who have a need in our products.

***The top 35% of our sales representatives make over $140,000 per year. We do not have a representative working for us that will earn less than $70,000 per year***
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $70,000.00 – $220,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday; Weekend availability

QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- US work authorization.
- Ability to carry 25 pounds of equipment.
