This outdoor decor idea is budget-friendly. You can use some DIY Dollar Tree Christmas Decor to complete your snowman, which you’ll need the following supplies. All other supplies can be obtained from a local garden center or craft store.
- 4 clay pots: 1 large, 1 medium, 1 small, 1 extra small
- White spray paint or white acrylic paint, must be weatherproof so it can handle outdoor elements
- Paintbrush
- Black acrylic paint
- Permanent glue
- Buttons
- Cork
- Orange acrylic paint
- Twigs
- Piece of fabric
- Craft pom pom
Making Your DIY Clay Pot Snowman
Step 1: Paint your clay pots
Step 2: Stack three white pots
Step 3: Paint one clay pot black and add it as a hat
Step 4: Glue on button eyes
Step 5: Paint the cork orange for the carrot nose, glue on after it dries
Step 6: Make it smile with buttons that are formed in a curved pattern
Step 7: Add buttons on the torso
Step 8: Give it twig arms
Step 9: Cut a piece of fabric that is 6 inches wide and 30 inches long, wrap it around the neck as a scarf
