beverlypatchhabitatforhumanityCoastal Windows & Exteriors of Beverly, MA, teamed up with North Shore Habitat for Humanity to help build new homes for local families in need this past year. In the spirit of the Magic of Oz, Coastal Windows & Exteriors donated the roof, siding, windows and doors – a donation of nearly $55,000 – that created an energy efficient thermal envelope that will heat the home all winter long and turned a dilapidated house at 6 Grover Street in Lynn, MA, into a home for some very lucky local families just in time for the holidays.

The new Habitat for Humanity sponsored home on Grover Street in Lynn, MA was a complete gut renovation that transformed the structure into a three family veterans preference home. The new homeowners and volunteers worked side-by-side on the initial demolition and extensive renovation of the triple-decker. Coastal Windows & Exteriors was proud to sponsor two community build days and work on fundraisers to help support the development.
