This year we were awarded the 2020 GAF Master Elite President’s Club and wanted to share why we are ranked as the top residential roofing contractor in this area and what this means to protect what matters most to a homeowner.
What Is The GAF’s President’s Club Award?
GAF is North America’s largest roofing manufacturer and has been around for 130 years. GAF firmly believes quality installation is key to product performance. Therefore, they reward top local roofers like us with Master Elite® contractor certification.

The requirements for earning this certification are extremely strict…only the top 2% of all roofing contractors in the country qualify. We were recently awarded GAF President’s Club award which is the highest level award that a GAF Master Elite contractor like us can earn having to qualify the highest marks in performance (participate in activities that focus on giving their customers the best possible service, protection and quality), reliability (a long history of offering their customers the best quality and protection) and service (consistently offer their customers the best possible warranty protection). What Are Eligibility Requirements & What Does That Mean For me?
Every year, GAF rewards their top Master Elite® contractors with the President’s Club Award based on dedication to high excellence in three key areas each calendar year. This helps a homeowner by giving them peace of mind that the work that we install is backed up yearly by performance and service guidelines. Besides being a credible business, we had to earn excellent service rankings in the following areas:
Consumer Protection. Coastal Windows & Exteriors provides their customers with the best possible roof system warranty protection which is 25 years labor workmanship warranty and a transferrable lifetime warranty on the shingles. To qualify, we had to enter over 100 enhanced GAF warranties during the calendar year.
Training Excellence. Each year we must continue to train every new employee via GAF CARE Seminars and Pro Field Guide tests and pass with flying colors!
Installation Excellence. This award demonstrates that each installation meets GAF’s high standards for installation quality and received at least 15 perfect scores from the GAF inspectors which are unannounced. We always need to perform the best of the best quality for all our customers.
