Colors of Summer think pink Strawberry Clafoutis

Like a warm hug from your mom, these images are stunningly simple. You want to take it all in from the dreamy lighting and layered textures. I love the bleached plank floors with the gentle pale pink drapes on those gorgeous tall windows.

And nothing is more cozy then to slow down and enjoy this day light with a delicious treat to make it even brighter!  This simple joy will make a difference to your entire day!

Strawberry Clafoutis*

Serves 4 :
1/2 lb strawberries
1 cup of milk
1 1/2 cup flour
4 eggs 3/4 cup sugar
2 pinches of salt
A knob of butter

INSTRUCTIONS


 1.Prepare a regular pancake batter: In a bowl, mix flour, sugar and salt, and make a well.
2. Break the eggs, stir and gradually add the warm milk.
3. Butter four ramekins, and then place the strawberries at the bottom, packing them a little.
4. Pour the batter in the ramekins and bake the clafoutis for 20 minutes at 360°F.
5. Sprinkle icing sugar when taking the ramekins out of the oven
