Recently named GBCC Family Business of the Year and a 2022 Minuteman Honoree, Coastal Windows & Exteriors has partnered with Henry’s Market, Beverly Bootstraps, and The Open Door Pantry to support local donation efforts.
BEVERLY, MA — Coastal Windows & Exteriors continues its Freedom from Want tradition by donating 25 turkeys and food bags to North Shore residents. Inspired by Norman Rockwell’s painting, this campaign reflects the company’s mission to give back.
Vanderbilt says, “We appreciate the trust North Shore homeowners place in us to protect their homes. Therefore, we give back whenever possible. This Thanksgiving, we do so on behalf of our November customers, making it even more meaningful.”
The 25 Thanksgiving food bags are donated to Beverly Bootstraps. Each of the 25 food bags includes staple items that families can use for their Thanksgiving Day meal. Henry’s Market generously donated the insulated bags for this initiative. Beverly Bootstraps provides critical resources to families and individuals so they may achieve self-sufficiency.

Turkeys Donated to The Open Door:
The Thanksgiving turkeys are purchased from Henry’s Market by Coastal Windows & Exteriors and donated to The Open Door. The Open Door’s mission is to reduce hunger by connecting people to food, advocating for them, and building food security.
Mike Halle, Operations Manager at Henry’s Market, says, “We’re excited to partner again with Coastal Windows & Exteriors this holiday season. Due to rising living costs, food insecurity has grown on the North Shore. However, Stephanie and her team always find creative ways to help those in need, and we’re proud to support their efforts.”
Inspired by Norman Rockwell’s famous Freedom from Want, we recreated the image with our Coastal Family to highlight our mission of feeding those in need this Thanksgiving. Our message: Give Thanks – Give Back. Coastal tags each donated turkey with a donor’s name on behalf of its November customers, and includes a Rockwell-themed flyer in the accompanying food bags. In total, this initiative provided 800 pounds of Thanksgiving meal donations.
