I was introduced to Coastal Windows and Exteriors during the Beverly Homecoming Lobster Fest, and from that moment, I knew I wanted to support this women-owned company that values military and first responders. We'd been delaying a much-needed roof replacement since purchasing our home in 2019, and despite getting quotes from other roofers, we hadn't taken the plunge.

They not only explained our roofing needs clearly but also offered the best price we'd seen. While there was a minor hiccup in communication, it might have been a misunderstanding on my part.
